Dinamica

This network comprises three companies: Ideazione Srl, BAM! Strategie Culturali and Melting Pro. It represents an innovative model in cultural and social consultancy, offering expertise in strategic analysis and providing support to institutions and businesses throughout their development processes.

Together we are supporting a network of training institutions on behalf of Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo and developing a capacity building programme for the cultural sector for Fondazione Changes.

Associazione Fedora

This cultural association was established in Milan in 2018 with the aim of promoting accessibility within the cultural sector for people with disabilities. It carries out awareness-raising initiatives and offers guidance on the design and implementation of accessible and inclusive activities.

Together, we are designing audiovisual content accessible to deaf, blind and visually impaired individuals for the Musei di San Marco in Florence.

Delizia Media

This is a Bologna-based creative agency that produces podcasts, audio and video content, and provides training and networking opportunities in the cultural sector. It runs an academy for under-35s who want to develop their own creative projects.

Together, we created Traiettorie, BAM!’s inaugural podcast, and are currently working on Creators Day 2025.

In-Novo

This company designs and manufactures bespoke fittings for museums, art galleries, interiors and public spaces. It is based in San Lazzaro di Savena (BO).

Together, we are working on new signage for the Reggia di Caserta and have handled the communications and staging for an exhibition at the Biblioteca Malatestiana in Cesena.

Patrimonio Cultura

This Milan-based company has cross-disciplinary expertise in the enhancement and promotion of artistic and cultural heritage, focusing primarily on fundraising. It co-curates the event “Più Fundraising Più Cultura”.

Together, we designed some training programmes and consultancy services for Bardha Mimòs, the association that organises the Fringe Festival in Milan.

Museodolom.it

Created by Stefania Zardini Lacedelli and Giacomo Pompanin, it is a dedicated digital and participatory museum that collects and organises the rich heritage of stories from the Dolomites.

Together, we have designed and are running several training courses as part of the Emilia-Romagna and Marche Dicolab HUB training programme.

Networks

NEMO - Network of European Museum Organisations

The Network of European Museum Organisations was founded in 1992 to represent the museum community of the member states of the Council of Europe, with members from over 30,000 museums in forty European countries. BAM! has been a member since 2022 and has been active in the “Digital Transformation” working group since 2023.

ICOM Italia - International Council of Museum

This is the Italian committee of the International Council of Museums, dedicated to the promotion and protection of cultural heritage. In addition to having several ICOM members among its team, BAM! has supported ICOM Italia over the years through consultancy, communication and facilitation activities.

Legacoop

Legacoop Bologna is the association representing cooperatives, businesses and institutions in Bologna affiliated with the "Lega Nazionale delle Cooperative e Mutue". Its mission is to support their economic, social and civic role as dynamically and effectively as possible. BAM! has been a member since 2023.

Clust-ER Create

The Cluster Industrie Culturali e Creative of the Emilia-Romagna region is an association of companies, foundations, associations, research centres, public bodies and training institutions that come together in a spirit of open innovation. BAM! has been a corporate member since 2024.

Advisors

Furio Camillo

Associate professor of Business Statistics in the Department of Statistics at UniBO, lecturer on courses concerning analytical systems for microdata processing for CRM and CVM.
Within the framework of university agreements, he has been collaborating for years with numerous research institutes, incubators and technological system integrators.

He supports the BAM! team with consulting and specific training on data analysis.

Stefano Scavo

An experienced company executive in the insurance sector. After a long career at Unipol, he chaired SCS Consulting. He is a member of the board of directors of the Pinacoteca Nazionale in Bologna, a member of ICOM Emilia-Romagna and active in the working group “Partnership pubblico privato: dal fundraising alla Corporate Social Responsibility” (Public-private partnerships: from fundraising to corporate social responsibility).

He supports BAM! from an organisational management perspective and provides advice on relations and networks.
