A day for discovering and illustrating the area slowly and sustainably.
Saturday 20 April saw us back in Castel Bolognese for the second Ciclico | LENTO • BUONO • CONDIVISO, the event conceived by BAM! for the Comune di Castel Bolognese to promote the area through sustainable tourism, mindful of nature and its rhythms; but also an opportunity to unite the local food and wine culture with its history and cultural heritage, in collaboration with local farms, wine producers and cultural associations.
Participants in this second event were presented with three separate routes, two for exploring the area by bicycle and one designed to be enjoyed by alternating walking and driving.
Each route included stops in the town centre – with guided tours to explore the cultural heritage and historical roots of Castel Bolognese – and others among the vineyards and farms immersed in the countryside, with lunches, tasting sessions and creative workshops to discover local flavours and knowledge.
BAM! supported the event not only from a planning and organisational standpoint, but also with a bespoke communication strategy to promote and document the day and the individual activities.
The illustration of Castel Bolognese will continue with the production and release of a promotional video of the area, to support the strategic journey begun together.
