A call for 10 start-ups in the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI) sector to access incubation and acceleration programmes.
CreaTech Venture Club is a project created to provide free support to start-ups and professionals in the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI) with technological resources, strategic mentorship and an exclusive network.
The project aims to implement the digital skills of cultural and creative enterprises, particularly in the fields of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and immersive technologies, promoting synergies with companies in the ICT world.
BAM! is part of the network supporting the development of the programme and will be actively involved in implementing the courses.
By means of a call open until 4 November 2024, a total of 10 start-ups from the ICC sector will be selected and will have free access to two different programmes:
- an incubation programme, which will run for a total of around 9 months, targeted at 6 startups/freelancers/creative teams and promoted by Creative Hub Bologna (MPDA aps)
- an acceleration programme, which will run for a total of around 6 months, targeted at 4 startups and promoted by MISTER Smart Innovation and CNR Area Territoriale di Bologna – ISMN Bologna.
Both programmes will guarantee training and strategic networking for the winning start-ups, with the possibility of developing projects with the programme partners and with established companies in the area.

Phases and timing
- Application deadline: 4 November 2024
- Selection of winners and publication of results: by 25 November 2024
- Incubation programme: 1 February 2025 – 30 November 2025
- Acceleration programme: 1 February 2025 – 30 November 2025
- Pitch day event: November/December 2025
