BAM! has been carrying out a survey of theatregoers in Bologna since October. In just two months it has recorded the opinions of more than 1500 people.
Together with ERT, we’ve engaged visitors to museums, cinemas, festivals and theatres. You may have seen us at the MAMbo or in Salaborsa, at the Cineteca or the Comunale, at Bologna Jazz Festival or Gender Bender, armed with questionnaires and free badges. We asked the people of Bologna and tourists what they do in their spare time, what kind of relationship they have with theatres and season tickets and what they would like to see staged at the Arena del Sole, the city’s most central and most important theatre.
