Gli stakeholder dei musei: il valore della co-progettazione event will take place from 11 a.m. on 26 April 2021, live on the Facebook pages of Patrimonio Culturale ER and BAM! Strategie Culturali.
The initiative is part of the Sistema Museale Regionale mentoring process organised by the Cultural Heritage Department of the Regione Emilia-Romagna in partnership with BAM! Strategie Culturali.
The day aims to provide all interested museums with in-depth theory and practical methods, helping them to map their stakeholders, which can be very useful in terms of meeting the minimum requirements for the third area of the LUQ (Uniform Quality Level) “Communication and relations with the local area”.
During the morning we will be looking to introduce the most important theory points for mapping stakeholders, considering a wide variety of aspects such as museum identity, cultural objectives and the context in question, as well as shared values within the organisation.
Real-life experiences will be described by a number of Italian museums, which have been invited to testify to the added value of co-design with certain types of stakeholder
– Chiara Pellicciari, Musei Civici di Reggio Emilia,
will talk about projects launched with local schools;
– Giovanna Rocchi, Mu.MA – Istituzione Musei del Mare e delle Migrazioni di Genova,
will testify to work carried out with social organisations in the historical centre of Genoa as part of the Open Vicoli project;
– Mariella Bottino, MUBA – Museo dei Bambini di Milano,
will explain the museum’s relationship with businesses, discussing the CambiaCI project developed with Siram Veolia;
– Marco Bruni, Comune di Comacchio,
will talk about the Value project experience, which involved co-design with stakeholders linked to the world of tourism.
In the afternoon there will be a practical session reserved for museum professionals from the region of Emilia-Romagna who have registered in advance. Divided into work tables, the operators from Emilia-Romagna will discuss how to create their own stakeholder map, guided by BAM! Strategie Culturali.
The event is open to everyone in the morning with no need to register.
