A questionnaire for surveying and listening to visitors to the Orto Botanico di Brera and building a user-friendly space
From today, visitors to the Orto Botanico di Brera will be able to complete an assessment, survey and listening questionnaire, thereby contributing to the future of this longstanding institution. The objective is to analyse visitors and to gain an understanding of their expectations and wishes in relation to the spaces, services, communications and projects on offer.
By analysing the data, BAM! will support the staff at the Orto Botanico in the development of an engagement and communication pathway, identifying the most effective communication channels, understanding the most functional modes of dialogue and planning actions and tools to get the public involved.
Visitors to the Orto Botanico will find towers and paper materials dotted around the spaces, which will introduce them to the questionnaire. Simply scan the QR code or request a paper form from the staff to complete it. The survey will also be shared with teachers and students at the Università Statale di Milano, of which the Orto Botanico is part.
As a thank you, everyone who completes the questionnaire will be able to take home a pack of seeds collected from the Orto Botanico’s collections.
