Strategic communication support for Pastificio Cerere

The site-specific exhibition project developed by artist Giulio Bensasson at the Pastificio Cerere headquarters in Rome’s San Lorenzo neighbourhood was set up in April 2021 and will be open to the public both in person (from 6 May to 30 July 2021) and online, thanks to a project website that will enable it to reach as many people as possible during this period when travelling is difficult.

As one of the winners of the Lazio Contemporaneo competition, the project has benefitted from funding from Regione Lazio.

Thanks to its participation in the Lazio Contemporaneo competition, Pastificio Cerere was able to benefit from mentoring funds in various fields in order to develop a more substantial project and promote the Losing Control exhibition to the full.

It therefore appointed Dinamica, the professional network founded in April 2020, to support the cultural organisations and to develop three capacity-building courses in which the professionals from Ideazione srl, BAM! Strategie Culturali and Meeting Pro supported the Pastificio Cerere team in boosting project sustainability, the organisation network and digital strategy.

BAM! developed a capacity-building course for the staff at Pastificio Cerere on subjects such as Audience Development and digital strategy, comprised of four meetings offering both theory and practical exercises.

The sessions dedicated to uncovering the essential elements on which to construct the digital strategy for Giulio Bensasson’s exhibition project, Losing Control, were based on the digital engagement framework. BAM! also provided case studies and best practices to support the theory sessions, with the objective of identifying inspiring elements for the development of specific actions on the foundation’s communication channels, with a particular focus on Instagram and its newsletter.
