Turin’s Teatro Regio goes back to its audience, with a questionnaire

A postcard as the first tool for making contact with theatregoers and finding out what they think.

Working in partnership with Turin’s Teatro Regio, this is how we launched a survey targeted at its most loyal audience, with the objective of improving their experience both inside and outside the auditorium.

The questionnaire contains more general questions on cultural consumption and more specific questions about the services and choices offered by the Regio and can be completed digitally, via a QRCode on the postcards and posters displayed in the theatre, or over the telephone, by writing your telephone number in a specific field on the postcard.

The survey and the associated communication have been developed within the framework of REGIO DATA BOARD, an analysis and audience engagement project conceived by BAM! and Teatro Regio and financed by the Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo’s Open2Change call.
