2013Enterprise in the cultural sector: marketing, integrated communication and digital strategy
The project
Why?
BAM! was involved by the 34°Fuso and LeMiriadi49 organisations, which asked it to hold two training course as part of a Laboratorio dal Basso (Oggi a pranzo… Cultura) designed to provide young people with the right vision and tools to enable them to take on the challenge of doing business in the cultural and creative sector.
How?
BAM! developed and held two “Oggi a pranzo… Cultura” workshops: the first one on cultural marketing took place on 10 and 11 May in Lecce; the second on integrated communication and digital media strategy took place on 31 May and 1 June in Galatina (Lecce).
The training days were designed to encourage interaction and experimentation among participants. In fact, the frontal lessons were supplemented by the presentation of case studies, brainstorming activities and group work. They made particular use of the Digital Engagement Framework tool to develop the digital strategy for the cultral projects being implemented by participants. In addition to BAM!, this training process also involved Eccom, Mart di Trento e Rovereto and Scuola di Roma Fund-raising.it.
