Next Generation You: organisational analysis and development plans for third-sector organisations in Piedmont and Liguria

The Next Generation You – Sostenibilità, Innovazione, Sviluppo organizzativo (Sustainability, Innovation, Organisational Development) call for proposals is an initiative developed by the Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo, launched to strengthen and consolidate the organisational structures of Piedmont, Liguria and Valle d’Aosta-based institutions operating within the sectors covered by the three objectives: Culture, People and the Planet.

The project is being developed in two phases and will lead to the drafting of development plans for a number of organisations working in the areas covered by the Fondazione.

The call for proposals aims to invest in the institutions’ organisational strength through rationalisation and growth processes geared towards innovation, sustainability and autonomy and, consequently, in their capacity to act as development levers for the areas in which they operate and to bring widespread and lasting benefits.

BAM!, together with the Dinamica network, will work alongside these organisations in the creation of organisational analyses and development plans, in order to compete for a grant to implement the plan.

More specifically, BAM! is supervising the development plans of Fondazione Academia Montis Regalis Onlus and Teatro Nazionale di Genova, as well as being involved in the communication analyses of Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo, Teatro della Tosse di Genova, Thema Education and UISP Comitato Territoriale di Torino APS.

Dinamica is a networking project that brings together consultancy and training firms, cultural management professionals and experts: BAM! Strategie Culturali, Ideazione srl, Melting Pro and Kilowatt.
