BAM! goes back to the classroom, with RCS Academy

By 22 December 2021No Comments

After last year’s edition, which took place completely online, we’re finally going live again with a training session on Audience development and Digital strategy for culture.

We’ve finally got the opportunity to return to the classroom, working in direct contact with students, thanks to our participation – as experts in digital communication and audience development – in the postgraduate master’s degree in Culture and Artistic Heritage Management, now in its third year. This degree is promoted by RCS MediaGroup and consists of a six-month training course for managerial figures in the field of cultural and artistic heritage management, through the development of entrepreneurial skills and skills linked to communication, marketing and fundraising.

Within this context, our Elena Bertelli will be involved in three days of face-to-face lectures, exercises and case-study presentations at the Via Rizzoli site in Milan. Together with current students, we’ll be starting with the theoretical foundations of Audience Development and will then go through the main stages of reaching and engaging audiences, with a particular focus on digital engagement. We will work in groups on a daily basis, using exercises and plenary discussion to develop digital strategy plans applied to different projects on which the class has already started to work during this six-month course.

Paper and pens at the ready to begin on Wednesday 10 November! If you want to find out more about the master’s programme and RCS Academy, please visit the website. If you want to learn about BAM!’s approach and the training it can offer, please visit our Training section.
