Over time, we have honed approaches, techniques and tools to bring people together and create collaborative spaces that generate shared projects, strategies and decisions. We foster dialogue between diverse individuals through open and inclusive processes, carefully managing time and resolving conflicts. We inspire creativity and innovation, guiding both groups and individuals towards the tangible realisation of ideas. BAM! plans, organises and facilitates bespoke programmes, tailored to meet specific needs, objectives and target audiences.

Participation is a contemporary challenge for us: it requires cultural institutions and local communities to be open to sharing decision-making power, while listening to, gathering and valuing the needs of those they serve. We design and facilitate participatory paths that are deeply rooted in the local context, fostering dialogue and exchange and guiding all involved towards shared goals.

A natural progression of a participatory process or a distinct strategic moment, co-design is the phase where needs are transformed into concrete actions and projects.

Through Design Thinking tools and facilitation practices, we assist cultural organisations in identifying priorities, developing solutions and creating projects that are shared with stakeholders, the audiences and the communities they serve.
