Participatory paths

Cultural participation could be a challenge: giving up part of one’s “decision-making power” is an increasingly strong demand from the communities around cultural organisations and consequently an urgency to face. BAM! plans, organizes and facilitates complex participatory paths, gathering the needs of the communities that inhabit cultural spaces and our cities.

Stakeholder engagement and network building

BAM! helps cultural organisations to network and build solid connections with their stakeholders, looking outside their circles. Starting from context analysis, we build stakeholder engagement strategies and actions. We also plan complex paths for the creation and coordination of territorial networks, facilitating collaboration between entities and institutions towards common objectives.

Co-design and strategic planning

From ideas to projects, the journey is long: from a small action to complex programs, BAM! asks you the right questions and helps you build compelling answers. By exploiting the tools of Design Thinking and other techniques, we facilitate moments of internal reflection or plan participatory activities with our stakeholders, building shared projects.
