Club and Young N Town are two cultural associations based in Albino, a municipality in the Val Seriana, province of Bergamo. After a few years of inactivity, the chance came up to manage a new space with a cultural and social vocation, open to the entire community. During this redesigning, feasibility analysis and relaunching phase, they opted to receive support in the form of training, thereby enabling them to take full advantage of future opportunities.

Cultural project management, audience development, cultural marketing, budgeting and governance systems for two cultural associations in Albino
The two organisations asked BAM! to plan a series of training sessions on cultural management issues. The ultimate goal is to update their skills with regard to the development, management and sustainability of their cultural activities. Various different themes are being covered: cultural project management, audience development, cultural marketing, budgeting and governance systems.
Through an ongoing training process consisting of a sequence of face-to-face and workshop phases, aimed at restructuring the organisation and optimising the range of services on offer, BAM! will actively engage in mentoring and supporting the development of the two associations involved. This training cycle, characterised by a combination of theory sessions and practical activities, will enable the organisations to gain an in-depth understanding of best practices in the sector, as well as to develop customised strategies to improve their effectiveness and service quality.
