Third-sector entities and organisations involved at different levels (from academic to independent initiatives) in training in the cultural sector, operating in Piedmont, Liguria and Valle d’Aosta, are the protagonists of this networking course promoted by the Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo through the Mission for Developing Culture Objective Skills’ new action: “Cultural profession training and introduction guidelines”. In addition to the entities targeted by the “guidelines”, the course is also of interest to all entities and organisations in this field wanting to network.

Project date
2022 - 2023A networking course for training organisations in Piedmont, Liguria and Valle d’Aosta.
The Project
Why?
The intention of fostering complementary training between institutions and third sector organisations, the dissemination of training practice experiences in connection with the world of work and facilitating recruitment as a result of the latter are among the objectives that prompted the Fondazione Compagnia San Paolo to incorporate a networking course in the simple funding action.
How?
For the design, facilitation and organisation of the different actions involved in the networking course, we work closely with the client, such as Rete Dinamica – together with Ideazione srl and MeltingPro. The main activities include:
- a meeting to launch the networking course and present CLES srl’s mapping, attended by more than 40 entities and organisations;
- a course consisting of several in-person and online community-building meetings that will enable participants to acquire soft skills, interpersonal skills and collaborative techniques, as well as to network!
- mentoring the Guideline beneficiaries
