Over the last two years the Teatro Comunale di Bologna has relaunched its communication thanks to a series of new tools and channels that have improved its visibility on a local and national level.
A strategic mentoring process to improve and develop the tcbo.it user experience
The tcbo.it website currently provides relevant and up-to-date information on the programme and forthcoming initiatives, but it could be developed further, especially as regards mobile use (on smartphones and tablets) and the construction of content and consultation paths devoted to specific targets.
After studying the website, BAM! Strategie Culturali has offered the Teatro Comunale a twofold mentoring process: on the one hand the revision of the website architecture in partnership with Craq Design Studio, and on the other the production and positioning of specific content on the website to engage particular target audiences.
Both processes have a shared objective: to ensure a better web content user experience among different audience types, both as regards consultation and further reading.
